Pregnant Kristen Bell's 'fur baby' nuzzles her bare bump in bed

With only three months to go before the birth of her first baby, Kristen Bell has been busy this week with appearances at the Golden Globes and on the Jay Leno Show.
Taking a much needed break after the appearances, the House of Lies star tweeted a picture of her dog resting his head on her heavily pregnant belly on Thursday.
The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star pulled up her shirt to take the picture of her beloved dog's head on her baby bump.  The 32-year-old tweeted, 'Some people are more excited than others about the baby filling'.

It seems Kristen's dogs are making the most of her pregnancy. Last month, the star tweeted a photo of her other dog taking a nap on her pregnancy pillow, writing:
'The thief absconded with my body pillow . . . then proceeded to act as though nothing was wrong.'
Earlier in the week, Kristen appeared on the Jay Leno show alongside pal Ben Affleck, and the pair, who are old friends, looked relaxed as they chatted. Kristen joked on the show: 'I'm about 400 pounds-months pregnant.'

Kristen and fiancé Dax Shepard supported Ben the previous evening as he was honoured at Cinema For Peace 2013 Gala For Humanity in Beverly Hills. Ben was honoured with the Cinema for Peace Humanitarian Award for raising awareness about violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
On New Year's Day, Kristen Bell tweeted that she was 'starting 2013 off like a champion' alongside a picture of a nutritious smoothie she was about to make, and has been spotted out lately buying healthy fruit and vegetables.

The actress graced the red carpet at the Golden Globes on Sunday in a graceful grey Jenny Packham dress with beaded detail, which flattered her growing baby bump.
Kristen was not nominated at Sunday's ceremony, but presented an award, and looked stunning on stage alongside John Krasinski.

The Gossip Girl star frequently kissed fiancé Dax Shepard on the red carpet, later tweeting, 'Wish us luck on our nomination for most PDA!'
Kristen and her fiance comedian Dax Shepard, 38, have been together since 2007, and the pair co-starred in a comedy action film all about driving fast last year, Hit and Run.
Comedian Dex is well known for being a petrolhead, and he directed the movie, which focused on a car chase.

The loved up couple have been engaged for almost 3 years and are happy to have their first baby out of wedlock, saying they won't tie the knot until same-sex marriage is legal in their home state of California.
Last year Kristen said: 'The reason we're not rushing to get married is because I don't feel appropriate taking advantage of a right that's denied to my [gay and lesbian] friends.
'That's why we've been so hesitant. Dax and I have talked about it a lot, and this issue is very important to both of us. We're just standing up for what we believe in.'
