Carrie Underwood turns vengeful girlfriend as she murders her cheating lover in edgy new video for Two Black Cadillacs

It seems it would be inadvisable for any potential suitors to consider cheating on Carrie Underwood.
The star's cheating boyfriend is killed after a high speed chase in the video for her latest single Two Black Cadillacs.
And she ends up attending the funeral along with his mistress in the edgy film.

Grieving: But little do the other funeral attendees know about just what caused his death

It emerges the two had conspired to chase down the romeo, and give him the harshest punishment possible for his antics.
Carrie lures him to a dark alley, from where he is chased by a car driven by the other wronged lady.
Scenes of the late night pursuit are intercut with those showing the macabre funeral, which is only attended by a few friends and relatives.
Eventually he is cornered, pinned against a wall with nowhere to run.
And while some would say this would be enough of a lesson for him, the black Cadallac from the song title revs up and smash against him and the wall, though this moment is blacked out.

And while this may be the darkest video the former American Idol winner has ever recorded, there was nothing grim about her response to the lashings of praise she has received from her massive fanbase.
She told them on Twitter: 'Thank you all so much for the love you’ve been giving me for the Two Black Cadillacs video! You guys are awesome
Two Black Cadillacs is the third single from Underwood's Blown Away album, which topped the charts  last May.
