The Hunger Games hunks are back! Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson compete for Katniss in new Catching Fire posters

The Hunger Games franchise has many fans, and all of them are divided distinctly into two camps: Team Gale and Team Peeta.
So fortunately everyone wins with the release of two new posters to promote the next film instalment: Catching Fire.
The two images are essentially similar - except that one stars Liam Hemsworth as Gale and the other, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta.

The trilogy follows Katniss Everdeen (played by Jennifer Lawrence) as both Gale and Peeta compete for her affections.
Peeta is clearly ready to go into battle as he and Katniss get set to battle in The Hunger Games once more, as he sits on a throne in an all-white suit while clutching a matching rose.
Meanwhile Gale is clearly out of place in his scruffy Seam attire, also perched on the wooden seat while nonchalantly holding the same white flower as Peeta.

The posters of the movie's hunks come hot on the back of the release of promotional portraits of the other characters in the highly anticipated Hunger Games sequel.
Katniss, fresh from being crowned Hunger Games champion in the first film, looks to be enjoying the fruits of her success.
She wears a beautiful white lace gown, which is covered in ornate detailing and also holds a single white rose.

Katniss looks far from the battle-hardened scamp after her Capitol makeover at the hands of her talented stylist Cinna.
But she is not the only old favourite who returns in the exciting series of images, which follow on the from the Effie Trinket 'Capitol Portrait' which was released on Monday.
For Woody Harrelson will win plenty of cheers for reprising his role as Katniss' mentor Haymitch.

Cheers: Fans of the series will no doubt raise a glass when they see Woody Harrelson as Haymitch

And retro rocker Lenny Kravitz and Stanley Tucci both return as Cinna and Caesar Flickerman respectively.
There are also some new additions to the upcoming film, in the form of Philip Seymour Hoffman, who will portray Plutarch Heavensbee, Jena Malone and Amanda Plummer.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is scheduled to be released on November 22.
